GP Post Time, is it just me ?

They use post times like a dog track uses post times. I know it drives me crazy.
TVG has the real post times so when I'm watching them it's easier. Yesterday the official post time of the last race was down to 0 and TVG said the race would go off in 7 minutes and that's exactly what happened
