#8 Basinca, $13 to show Good luck! Clem, I'm just curious, did Santa Anita reach out to you and offer you a consolation prize for finishing second in the place contest in the fall meeting? They gave me one when I was second in the show streak a couple years ago. Either way, it is a great accomplishment to be second out of 3,000+ players in this contest. Good luck and happy new year!

#10 Big Bad Jon, $18 to show Good luck! After five days of racing, incredibly only 15 players have managed a show streak of five in a row. The top pick of the day has been off the board in four of the five days, and the one day the top pick was correct, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th picks all missed so it has been unbelievably difficult. It's worth noting that one of the last 15 surviving players is 2016 autumn showvivor winner Melolengo, who basically ran the table through whole fall meeting and is off to another great start this time.

My first two picks won their races, forgot to put in a pick for day 3, and then my next two days of picks both scratched. Today I picked up where I left off with another win when I chose Bejarano's charge in today's 3rd race.
