Wow, that's pretty intense Steve.

I think I have one recipe and that is the Blu crabcake recipe. That is the best darn recipe. It's not real cheap, but if you want to impress anyone, make those crabcakes. I have never had anyone not tell me they were the best crabcakes they ever had.

Yikes. I'm still up thinking of 75-90 books and 1000+ recipes. I'm dizzy.

I will give you my take on the stuffing. I get a quart of oysters and chop them up and put them in the stuffing. I do all the traditional celery, onions and carrots.Stale bread is best. When I was a kid my mother would buy bread a week ahead and let it go stale.

Go Eagles Monday Night. Think they win big.
