And then there were 3!
1 melolengo 13 / 13 2 spam55 13 / 13 3 ranger5830 13 / 13 4 dusty68 12 / 0 The ranks chasing you were thinned, too. Just four 12/12's left. It's really impressive that your making a good run at it yet again, ranger.

Thanks Dunbar.
I did not think yesterday was as tough as it turned out to be, as three of the top five popular picks were successful, yet we lost 2/3 of the last perfect streaks. I have a feeling if War Factor had not barely won the photo for third in the first race, we might have lost another one. So on we go, also Clem's pick managed to run second, just like mine did, and we moved all the way up to 5th and 7th respectively in total places, so great job! You can have the total places win as long as I get the show streak. Not crazy about today's pick, as it is a down the hill race, but he is 9-for-9 in the money in down the hill races, and should get a good trip. It's... Race 4 #3 Boozer Good luck! Also, there is now a 55-way tie for highest win payout after Stylistic United's highly improbable ($180.80) win in the fifth yesterday. Good luck to anyone trying to beat that. |

Too bad, ranger. Very nice run, though.
Maybe you and mclem can stay in the hunt for most Places. If that $180 highest win payoff holds up, each winner will collect a whopping $9.09 in prize money.

I went back and forth, between Boozer and Richard's Boy, just pulled the trigger on the wrong one. It happens, that's racing. Thanks, Dunbar sorry Ranger terrific run hopefully we can stay in the total place race. I see you dropped to 12th me 17, 1 person has 9 then about 10 or so people tied with 8 just ahead of us. Let's get back on track.
Race 7-#2 Storm Coming Thru Good Luck All!

Oh well, you win some you lose some. I also went back and forth, not with Richard's Boy, because I would rarely use a horse in the 1 hole down the hill, but with Mastery, the big favorite in race 5. I'm just hesitant to use first time starters in this contest, but in hindsight I wish I would have. Anyway, we still have a chance at the most places prize, so let's press forward for that and go back to the dirt sprints, with
Race 5 #8 Filly on Fire Good luck! And thanks again for all the support, hopefully in the winter-spring contest someone here can finish the job. |
