I'm not reading it the same way you are. Unless you heard something thats not out there in cyberland yet.

So far its only the equestrian area farms , but , what I wonder is , they ship horses in the same vans , don't they ? While there are careful quarantine procedures for the stable areas, what about the vans that transport, tbreds as well as the show horses ?
