How was the customer service overall?
Also, how was the experience in placing a wager or cashing a ticket?
Reasonable? Over the top time consuming? , .... , etc?
Everything seems to improve every year. Teller lines are long but there is nothing that can really be done because of space constraints and 170,000 people. I make as many wagers as possible by phone.
