Being from Jersey I have seen his runners a lot and heard a lot of the rumors. I don't know what is true or not but his horses do win a lot.....but are usually at very low odds and you learn to factor him in. Both those horses outran expectations but usable and knowing Navarro I used both in secondary P3 wagers that came through nicely...I am certain I have lost many wagers when games were played.
