Redboard Alert:: Prospect Park getting blown away like he was standing still mid stretch cost me a $25 p3 ending with Pico Chick. Would have turned a good day great, along with a bone headed omission in the finale at GP.

My blind allegiance to Timothy Hills trainees on the lawn paid off today. Hit both of the DD's (8-9 & 9-10). I knew that this exact race was screaming for a price so I used Chuck's horse towards the inside, Aire Beuno, Hills' 6 horse at 30-1, Casse's charge (7) at a presumably reasonable price, and the 11 horse who I figured could uncork a late rally like he did in his race back in December.

Needless to say, it worked out.

I was singled to Hills' 5 horse in the finale (off of a long layoff like the dope that i am) for a pick 6 score, so decided to hedge and play an exacta using the only two horses that scared me in the race. Sure enough they run 1-2. Was never so disgusted with an exacta score in my life I don't think lol.

I'm in a groove lately, seeing things in the racing form with more clarity. Here's hoping it continues this way!
