I know Darby Dan owned... no clue who trained.

I only know that because one of my dad's favorite horses of all time was Primonetta... talking about a fast filly.

He was euthanized right? Or do I have him confused with another one of her offspring?

That I don't know. I think he beat Foolish Pleasure in the Flamingo ( or maybe Florida Derby ) for what, I think, was his first loss.

Foolish Pleasure was a very good horse. These days people would be calling him " great ".

A quick google shows he was euthanized in Nov., 1975 after fracturing his leg.

Not sure, I just read about the headline after that Derby being "Prince Thou Ain't" or something like that in some book.
