Quite the enabler you are. I think you are experienced enough to know betting Win/Exacta on ALL races irrespective of odds leads to one result especially when you are hitting at 13% including betting on odds on favorites. I would suggest to him like I did the old guy playing Saratoga a couple years back. If he is bent on putting that much through the pipes then use a bigger base on a small number of Combo Doubles (1x1 or 1x2) and Pick 3's (1x2x3) . Too many folks focus need to feel validated by the number of tickets they cash instead of the quality of the cash.

I agree. I feel like the multi race plays are the way for him to go as well (And suggested it to him).
