You should consider some Lock Down Head to Heads vs your Mentor on Derby Wars until you get back on track.. If your picks are different and he is constantly beating you then you can discuss why you came up with different plays. If you beat him consistently than that is a completely different but very telling story.

It's not the pps that is causing you to lose it's more like your stubbornness to stick to your old habits.
