I'm pretty sure these two things aren't related. That is most likely due to your AG going Bat $hit crazy on DFS. I think they are restricting the banks from processing deposits. On HT it says players from NY aren't allowed to deposit by CC (on the deposit screen). Wonder if you can use paypal or some other deposit method. On the withdrawal screen, it doesn't say anything restricting NY residents.
