This is more important, right? We should all be allowed to be thieves high on pcp wielding a knife and not expect bullets.

What the f.uck? The first shot was a headshot. The extra bullets weren't needed after the 4th shot. So it looks bad but it doesn't change much...other than the fact that doing pcp, holding a knife, being within 15 feet of armed officers gives an individual an extremely high probability of death.

So why didn't any of the other Officers there seem that he was a risk and take him? This guy rode in, jumped out of his car, and just let go.
