She won't be held accountable. Not to the extent that David Petraeus was for committing a much smaller infraction.

If guilty - IF, since we still have a justice system, she should be going to jail.

and what was your stance on the white house and 22 million missing emails when gwb was president? did you cry for accountability then? doubt it. but, she has a D, so.....

no one should be above the law, yet we see time and again where the rich and powerful get different treatment. they make the laws, so they get a pass.
just like iran contra-that investigation ended when a certain vp gave a certain person a pardon. whoosh, end of the story.
