It's impossible to say he didn't bother the 10, 2x.

No it wasn't 2x and the 10 was never winning the race and I don't think he was getting second.

On the way out, then back in. I think it was close either way becAuse the 4 was beat. No way it was clear cut.

There was no effect on the way out though I agree that he did interfere with the 10 on the way in but it did not slow the 10 down at all, nor did Cardouche stop riding. Still, the 4 was much the best and I think it is tough to say it cost the 10 second.
