I'd just try to get a new job. It's not your fault, but this guy is always going to hate you. He'll never understand and always think of you as a "lightweight". I'd run away from home. This is a "no win" situation. Buy him a $100 picnic table and move to West Virginia.
Sounds like this is what your bosses have thought of you, though I highly doubt it wasn't your fault. #asinine
