I have no idea how this was even allowed to happen. The kids aren't plaintiffs in the case (the parents are the plaintiffs), and yet they lose their freedom because the judge considers them disrespectful. She should be disbarred.

i saw that yesterday. one of the most appalling things i've heard lately. i hope it's the last thing that judge is ever to do.

The OPM Director who resigned/was fired in the wake of the hacking of 22.1 million current, former and prospective U.S. government employees, and their family members (you know, the one who mocked then presidential candidate Mitt Romney over his warnings about Chinese hackers and Russia’s status as America’s greatest geopolitical foe), who was nominated by President Obama and confirmed in a 62-35 vote (54 Dems and 8 Reps), wasn't properly vetted by Republicans.

Ms. Archuleta: Mitt Romney's statements reveal "little understanding of what's going on in the 21st century."
