Dude, the guy at Rutgers has pulled off the greatest coaching miracle I ever saw. EVER! he turned around and made a winner into a team that noone in the world would have felt possible.
His next move is to a dream job, and Miami aint no dream job.
That guy wants Penn St, it aint no secret. At some point Joe Pa will do whats right and make sure when he steps down that they will get the guy they need. Hes the guy. He can stay in the east and move to the Big Ten.
He wasn't going to Miami and everyone knew it.
Logistics do play a role in a job a guy takes, and Alabama isn't a big media market. You'll end up getting the right guy, it just won't be the guys you initially wanted.
Tom Coughlin may be available soon, God I hope so, and hes a better college coach than a pro coach. Hes aged about 30 years the last few years in NY, and I bet he'd like a job like that. he'd be on my list if I were Bama.

tom coughlin couldnt coach a high school team let alone a team with the storied history like Alabama. not sure if i will pursue this offer, may take a job back in Cali under Coach Pete. my phone has been ringing off the hook and it looks like a perfect fit. god i miss surfing.
