Points and ROI Totals through The Preakness May 16, 2015

So we all know it's great to get points (double points) during the TC races and the ones who did reaped the "benies" as DonGuido climbs into the 200 club gaining ground on our fearless leader JB and Arletta jumps over CT to snag the 3rd rung of the ladder. Ruffian-333 takes home the big points of the day hitting in both contests and moves on up to the four hole and digger leaps over RQ to take the seven spot away.

Last but never least ryonker has a nice 2nd place finish in points and moves 2 spots collecting the second position in the lower tier while Indian Hemp throws in a very nice superfecta to gain valued points as well.

Congrats to the pointsgetters and on to the west coast for a change.

Looks like the "rich" got a little richer as DonGuido continues his pursuit of our leader JB after landing a 2nd in Points while Areltta cracking the 200 mark nabs the Points win to stay close behind in the 3 hole. Ruffian-333 nails a big bucket of cyber cash winning the ROI contest and hangs tough in the 4 spot with Criminal Type staying strong not too far back in the 5 hole. And Real Quiet rattles his "cage" and taps digger on the shoulder in the 8th spot landing with a nice score in Points.

On to Evangeline Downs to see how much "fun" we can have there.

Points and ROI Totals through June 20, 2015

Ruffian adds to her total to move much, much closer to the leader JB hitting a fourth in Points along with DonGuido who nibbles away at the lead as well not too far behind. Arletta stay strong in the 3 hole with a third in Points while Plenilune grabs a big score staying on the 6th rung of the ladder for her first in ROI and gains ground on CT. Real Quiet continues his hot streak in both contests nailing a second in Points and digger takes 4 steps up for his 4th in ROI as our island hopper Cruzan200246 brings in a nice gain with his first in Points and a second in ROI.

Some of our regulars a taking a break I guess but hope to see them soon and since summer is here now, enjoy, stay cool and don't forget the sunscreen. Let's see what Santa Anita has in store for us again this week.

So we are losing our critical mass and the Gallivan Cup will be spought after by those that remain, looks like . . . no big deal as it is as it should be or something like that.

Anyway DonGuido must be sleeping with the horses, carrying a four leaf clover and sitting on an lucky Irish horse shoe . . . to account for his recent accomplishments as he soars to the lead while JolyB takes over the 2nd rung of the ladder capturing a 2nd in pts again and a second in ROI. Ruffian drops down one sharing a 3rd in Pts but hangs Ruff Tuff or is it Tuff Ruff in third and Arletta nabs points for her cause with a 4th in Pts. And last but never least Real Quiet helps solidify hi hold on the 7 spot holding hands with Tuff Ruff for a 3rd in Pts.

Ever so close to the Breeders Cup and the cooler weather and the thrill of victory and the agony of defeat . . . I think Jim McKay started that phrase, didn't he? Enjoy the fall weather as it will soon arrive here in Texas I hope!!!
