ROI Results 4/18 @ Charles Town

[Real Quiet]

It was "Almost Heaven, West Virginia" for a trio of players, a trip to the coal mines for most of
the others. Shared Belief cost at least two players a trip to the cashiers window while Arletta
continued her hot streak with Pick 3's but unfortunately Charles Town deemed it a Pick Not.
The rest of us just found coal in our stockings except for El Prado who had a boxed tri in the
7th. 3rd place goes to our exceptional points scorer Plenilune who hit both of her $50 win wagers
on Control Stake and Comeonletsplay and as a result doubled her money. Digger gets the number
two spot with a $5.40 playout on Misskittyhas Sass at 9-1. Lest there be any inquiries, it was
indeed Digger who chose this filly and NOT Ruffian. The winner this week at the Mountain State
hails from the Garden State and he be NJ Stinks. Don't know if NJS hails from Camden (I highly
doubt it) but he tabbed the The Camden Comet to win it and the $5.80 payout was enough to
move him past Digger and hold off Plen for win number 2 on the season. Congrats on the win
NJ Stinks. Following are the unofficial results pending any infractions caused by Real Quiet.

She was 12-1 in the morning line and went off at just a tad under 10-1. We clearly have a different definition of what constitutes low odds [this coming from a guy who has yet to meet a favorite he doesn't like]

I only wish I had your crystal ball, knowing that the horse would be third, and not playing her since you only play to win.

And Ruff, I hope that you know that I'm only funning with you.

Congrats to those who cashed at Charles Town. For me that was a brutal card. I had keyed two horses as singles and had built tickets around them. BOTH of them were pulled up. Lot of money was burned at "de Charles Town Races"
