I completely agree. Thought it was a foregone conclusion they would DQ the 8 in the last race after putting up the 5 horse in the FOY. Would love to hear an explanation. Based on their call in the FOY, the call in the last race seemed simple. I guess in any sport the officiating can be inconsistent. This just seemed blatant. Maybe I'm just being biased since I had a lot riding on the 7 in the last...

DQ aside, it sounds as if many are down on Upstart's performance. Wasn't the track rather tiring today? It wasn't his best performance, but I personally won't hold it against him moving forward. I still think he is one of the top 3yos.

Sounds like they are headed to NY next.

To bad about Mean Season in the sprint. Chart says vanned off. If you hear anything Steve, please post or reply on your show..thnx

Interestingly enough, he was vanned right to Steve's place, where they were both strapped into chairs, had electronic hats placed on their heads, whereupon a brain transfer was achieved.

At least that's the best explanation I can come up with for this horrendous Tweet from Steve....

Even worse, in the comments to that Tweet, Steve told Mister Big "You've got a good opinion"
