I don't think the second incident happens if he is not pushed out by the inside horse, doubt they take him down under these circumstances.

This sport is the worst. It's bad enough having to deal with jockey errors but you also have the stewards with the audacity to disqualify a horse that wouldn't get beat.

That's a joke. The horse lost by 3 lengths. He was never beating Upstart.

I agree Joey, there was no way that horse was going to get past him. Wish they DQ for actual herding, not a horse pushed into that position.

I'm pissed. I was 8-deep in the last leg for $1. The big favorite better win or I'm gonna lose it.

You have every reason to be, that was a horrible call. He doesn't come in on the 5 if he wasn't pushed into that position and the 5 was never going by anyway. That is complete BS.

It's especially outrageous considering we've all seen HUNDREDS of instances where a horse wins by a neck/head/nose while blatantly herding and there's not even a ****ing inquiry. Now Upstart comes out a path on a horse he beats by open lengths and gets taken down. Unfathomable.

Nice hit by the way.

Interesting, they took him down. So I guess it is only not ok to herd if you are pushed out by another horse. Those stewards are mind boggling to me.
