yeah, it's breathtakingly horrible.

they want to say that religious freedom extends not only to being able to discriminate...but to even ban any communities from extending protection to classes not already protected. that last part is part of it because fayetteville had expanded their protected class... and now eureka springs has just done the same, hurriedly, to beat this bill.
but the idiot state senator who came up with it says eureka springs would fight and lose if they took it to court!
i find it stunning in this day and age, that not only do some people still want to hate others, but that they want it to be legal, to be state sanctioned!! i tell you, that article in the paper ruined my mood this afternoon.
i sent a link to a fellow who writes for an online magazine. he replied and said they would be covering it. i'm hoping if enough people see this stupidity, it'll get killed like some other bad bills states have come up with lately.
