Right near the track, good reviews, reasonably priced. Play one course each day, that way we are close enough to the track for the day we decide to do the triple header (or Grand Slam for those interested in Hard Rock Casino after the puppy show). |

PRO TIP for the NON PROS: Bring a metric fuc1<ton of golf balls if you plan on playing the Lakes course: The Lakes Course Par 72, 7101 yards- An abundance of water inspired the moniker for this course. Water comes into play on virtually every hole. And Trust Me - They sh1t you not. After a rather tedious confrontation with a particularly pissed of momma gator whilst looking for my ball on No. 1, I chose to forego looking for anymore wayward wet balls for the balance of the round and conceded and additional 14 of them to the water over the next 17 holes. If you are fairly straight off the tee, you will be fine. If not, bring an extra box with you. The Forest course is tighter if I recall correctly, but not near as much water. If you are looking for cheap, wide open golf near the track look into the Silver Dollar Golf and Trap Club: http://www.silverdollargolf.com/course/ 3 conjoined 9 hole courses that can be assembled into any manner of an 18 hole round, fairly forgiving |
