![]() if you own the bengals, what do you do?
do you keep the coach? what about the qb? if it was me deciding, i'd be getting the best qb coach money could buy, because good qb's don't grow on trees. i'd give the coach another year, he had several key players out for the game.

Marvin is a great guy but maybe Cincinnati needs a different type of leader. Effort seems to be there but sometimes discipline seems to be lacking. That's not a new problem. He seems too lenient on these types of issues. I like the idea about QB coach - I think Dalton could be good but needs help to be better. At this point, he's no Andrew Luck. All that said, not sure if the owner will do anything or just keep things as is - just like the last 25 years. Who Dey.
