Strapping Groom - 7 yrs old
http://www.drf.com/news/strapping-gr...ured-retired-7 Strapping Groom, the winner of the Grade 1 Forego at Saratoga in 2013, suffered a broken bone behind his right knee and will not race again, but he could have a career as a stallion, trainer David Jacobson said Sunday. Jacobson said veterinarians at Ruffian told him the horse could recover and return to the races at some point, but Jacobson said, “As far as I’m concerned, his racing career is over.”  Jacobson trains Strapping Groom, a 7-year-old son of Johannesburg, for Drawing Away Stable.

Grade 2 winner Gervinho has been retired from racing and will stand the 2015 breeding season at Tommy Town Thoroughbreds in Santa Ynez, Calif., for an advertised fee of $3,500.

G1 winner Fritzy Boy.
 10 years old. He raced 81 times for 15 wins, eight seconds and 11 thirds. He won the G1 Mudgway Stakes and seven other stakes races. He was placed five times at G1 level including C'est La Guerre's NZ Derby in 2008. You could argue it's slightly overdue - Fritzy hasn't won a race since October 2012 and has finished out of the money in his last 10 races. But he has had a great career and he's been fun to watch.
