The city of Auburn has a moratorium on additional gaming licenses. I can't imagine they'd want to take business away from their tribal casino and move it into the city off tribal land where they'd have to pay city/state taxes etc.

But the location would be amazing if they can make it happen. My mom owns non-tribal casino in WA and when they tried to get slots and stuff it really pissed the state senate off. Senate said they don't want anymore expanded gaming. But the Muckleshoots have lots of power, so if anyone can get it done, it'd be them
