You knew Close Hatches was in trouble on the first turn, but that was an even worse run than last out. |

Best horse won - easily in 1:48 and change. Close Hatches going four wide was done in the first turn and has the look of a horse that is truly done and needs some rest.

That was my 4th "loss by a nose" today between BC and CD. I was all over the 10/3/4,7,9,11. Exacta/Tri/and $0.30 Super in that race.
I would gladly take 5 beats like that...if there was a good score on the other side to even it up once in awhile. None to be found. End of Day = -$480.
