I think that after War Pass, El Gato Malo, Colonel John, and Pyro, just about anyone else is a contender. Not to win though. But I wouldn't feel confident taking any horse out of the rest and placing them above any others. Not yet. Nothing Big Truck did excited me yesterday. The winner was the most impressive of that field, IMO. Combined with his last two and maybe we've got something. I'm also looking forward to seeing Court Vision again.

With 12 of them they can get confusing. I agree that there is a long way to go, but nothing about yesterdays race impressed me.

I'm not sure either War Pass or Pyro are going to win the Derby, but they are clearly at the top of the class right now. I realize it's obvious, but I don't need to "go out on a limb" on the board. I back my opinion at the windows.

Its just fun to conjecture especially this year.

And no I would not expect you to come on this
site to bet being that Steve has not quite got
that set up with offshore sites.
