Tried to print for 3 hours last night and I spoke to them at 8 Am this morning and got a BS answer...just spoke with them at 7:30 PM after trying for another 2 hours and got some more BS....they put in a request for a refund for both the Qaks an Derby cards and will contact me in 2 days.....glad I did not sign up again ....it is off to Brisnet where I had been before I tried this debacle called DRF
