| Like I initially said...We gotta wait till after the race to see how close or how screwy this guy is to how these 20 horses run and play off each other...You gotta admit it's a different little change of pace to read this kinda stuff to take a break of having workout splits and Graded Earnings and Trainer psycho-babbble and Pedigree charts spinning round in your head. Maybe someone should do a book on Derby Trainer Psychology....what they say vs what they mean.....that'd be a BIG book!

| The book would be either impossibly large, or about three sentences long, depending on your level of cynicism. |

| The analysis of Bodemeister made me think of Jane Smiley's description of the fictional colt Limitless in Horse Heaven.

That pretty much confirms this guy is full of crap. How can differentiate between Bodemeister and Trinniberg based on their running styles and desire to be on the lead? What a conman. |

| Dude, he likes the favorites. Shocking. How can he assign such radically different assessments to Bodemeister and Trinniberg when they have the same running style? Why can Bode win but not Trinniberg, from a psychological handicapping angle? I'll tell you why. It's because everyone knows Trinniberg is not going to win and it's safe to throw him out. |

| Because they are not being assessed by "running style".

| He matches what several of the trainers have said about their horses.
