I use his Xtras and like his material. If you try them, read his book. He is similar to Thorograph and Rags in that he looks for patterns, but he looks for pace patterns in conjunction with final figure patterns to make his selections. In a nutshell, it's the old "flashed early speed" idea to point to improving form. He does produce excellent pace figures IMO, certainly better than Bris (which I like) or Moss (who I also like).

Sounds like a nice endorsement. That's funny , I had forgotten about the "THE OLD FLASHED EARLY SPEED PLAY". It seems like the more sophisticated my handicapping has become, the more I overlook what is obvious to the other 99 percent of handicappers.
