Maybe, you know tackling the guy and holding him until police take him away, so you know he won't be back to do it again may have been a slightly better move than shining a flashlight in his eyes yelling pervert. Tackling him and cutting his nuts off if they just can't overcome their distrust in police.
But then again you think the whole attack was made up by the right wing so no story here.
