![]() Thanks for sharing those, Doug. My grandfather (Navy veteran) never missed a WW2 movie or TV miniseries, but he would never talk about the war. He was very elderly when Saving Private Ryan came out, but insisted on being dropped off at the theater by himself- he wanted to watch it alone. My other grandfather came out of the war with a piece of metal in his head and spent the rest of his life drinking.
