I really have mixed emotions when someone is banned, on the one hand, I understand why sometimes such action is taken, on the other, I always find myself wondering what the criteria is....while Randall and I disagreed often, I expect folks to disagree with me and it is the internet so name calling is something one either accepts or runs from. I never take it personally but when threads become "open warfare" between individual posters and ignore the topic it becomes a waste of time. I have been guilty myself of making "attack" posts and frankly most here have as well...so, sorry to see Randall go but this is a private board and those in charge will make such decisions and not knowing all the facts, I accept their decisions.

Regarding the latest ban....Perhaps people take things too seriously, but it is the internet after all and what fun would it be if we were all alike?

I am lucky enough to have never been banned, only censored a few times. However, for the record, I would have banned Randall a long time ago for that annoying avatar he used to have.

Yeah I really did and after 4 posts.

I was a bitch to Grits, I'll admit, but come on.

If that were the nastiness Olympics (well it kinda is I suppose) over at Pace I wouldn't exactly medal.

I believe in amnesty.

Not trying to get on Stevie's case (hi cutie) or on NTamm's bad side or anything - it's Steve's forum - but I do miss one or two of our NT family members.
