Years and years ago there was another thoroughbred track that was skimming out of the place pool. The pro did the math and figured out what the payoff should have been. After it didn't add up, he went to the manager and the guy told him to cash his ticket and leave.

Months later they got busted. Just wonder if there is anyone paying attention.

I know small pools can have big swings but this is beyond the pale
