Seems like Smarty will make more money in Pa...That's probably why he's there. He's sired a lot of winners, including black type . What's the problem ?
Other then his prodigy sux not much.. He was bred to a lot of wondeful mares although most believe his book was completely mismanaged. You could have bred pony to a lot of those mares and still got some runners.
