![]() Except when one uses the free market to get hired on a contract with an employer, and that contract has certain provisions as to one's behaviour as an employee, that you agree to when you are hired, a good capitalist really shouldn't complain when those provisions are enforced
![]() NPR also publically this week said their news employees will not be attending Jon Stewart's "Rally to Restore Sanity" as attendees. They can go as reporters.

And kudos to NPR for simply covering the "Rally" as liberally biased media members as opposed to liberally biased participants. |

What has been quoted is a general rule, not specific to Williams contract. His bosses are idiots who have already retracted that label |

![]() Whatever, it's NPR's right to fire the guy, but there doesn't seem to be much cause and the psychiatrist comment by the NPR CEO is way beyond the pale, speaking of people who could probably use to get canned.

And I am quoting the public comments from NPR on Williams contract, not some "general rule".

![]() They follow the teachings of a butcher, and glorify him. That's a fact. Dispute it? You can't. He was a butcher, and they follow his teachings, and glorify him. If it scares Juan, then they get that B word out (like it's their brush, or comb.) One definition of Bigot is: A person who is intolerant of any ideas other than his or her own, esp on religion, politics, or race. That definition fits Liberals a lot better than it fits the relatively moderate Juan Williams.

![]() Face it - many in America are sick of prejudice and bigotry, and quite willing to point fingers and call it out for exactly what it is.
