That was one of the worst games I've ever seen. The funny thing is Chicago will probably beat the lousy Giants too, but Cutler is awful and the Packers should be embarrassed forever that they lost that game.

I watched every game that team played.

I had a future bet on them to win at all - and picked them to win the Super Bowl at the start of the year - and was incredibly stubborn and unwavering throughout the year and steadfast they'd still win it all despite everyone mocking me and that Ravens team.

It's not redboarding - the furthest thing in the history of the entire world from because of how bull headed I was from start to finish - several posters here Indian Charlie, Tector, etc. remember it well.

They also remember me doing the same thing when the equally impossible Patriots team with Drew Bledsoe won it all.

That Ravens team could run the ball - once they got into the redzone it wasn't always pretty because the field tightens. Offense that can eat clock and get 3 points - and not turn it over a bunch - are especially dangerous when coupled with strong defenses.

Sorry about your team.

Who are they?
Buffalo.

One statistic to winning in the NFL that is very difficult to overcome...?

2009 Saints +11
2008 Steelers +4
2007 Giants -9 (!)
2006 Colts +7
2005 Steelers +7
2004 Patriots +9
2003 Patriots +17

2001 Patriots +7
2000 Ravens +23

You're being too kind, Joe. How he is a starter in the NFL is beyond my comprehension

Yeah - the 2007 Giants were in the top 10 in both fumbles lost and interceptions thrown.

Just on the final Super Bowl winning drive - they should have been intercepted three different times alone.

Asante Samuel dropped a gift rapped INT.

The David Tyree reception was one of the worst passes in NFL history. He threw a floater straight up in the air - across his body - and so late all the routes were breaking off .... passes like that get picked off all the time ... instead some scrub catches it off of the back of his helmet.

Why not?

College, you are required to root for your Alma mater (and/or your home state team if your school didn't have football.)
NFL isn't as written in stone. Plenty of people in NYC root for the Giants and Jets. I root for the team I bet on that day, and then the Bills, then Eagles, then Bengals. He'll, I'll root for any team playing the Cowboys.

They're all the friggen same in a lot of ways.

It's like rooting for one big corporation to do better than another one. Only a moron does that - unless they have stock.

If I like a single company .. I like them because I enjoy the product they have.

If Moss doesn't play in New England next year .. do you think I'm going to still root for them? Hell no. He'll end up in either Minny, Philly, or Denver .. and I'll be all-in with them.... though Denver will be hard to stomach, because of a chance that Tebow might get on the field.

God almighty I wish I was on the field for that play.

I'd have had a hard time deciding if I should go with a vicious facemasking tackle or a vicious horse coller tackle... but, no doubt about it, I would have perserved the shutout.

I'm only a real fan of the Eagles..

But I'll pull for the Bears, Bills (I know) & Jets now that they have Rex when those teams play.

College:

AZ Cats are my #1

I root for Penn State in the Big 10, WVU in big east, Gator in SEC (just cause I have to living here)... could care less about the Big 12 & ACC.
