We live in a perfect world of imperfection;everyone has their own perfect solutions for imperfection.

An existentialists view would probably be the most correct..to him.

If we were allowed to shoot them then I would be all for cutting off aid. If we can't shoot them and are arrested, have to post bond, hire a lawyer, etc. then I'd rather they have housing and food. Because if they don't the chances of having to shoot one or more of them skyrockets.
