At least Monmouth and the state of New Jersey are trying something different. As fans of racing I think we all agree the quality of racing has declined sharply in the past few years. I hope this experiment works and I have the Monmouth card on Formy as I type. I can count the number of times I've downloaded a Monmouth card on one hand and still have fingers left.
