It was after last year's Preakness that the eastern people anointed Rachel Alexandra as the nation's top horse.

If Martin kept Vic he wouldn't of had LAL. Baffert made the choice for Martin.

Looks like Vic still has a job, just didn't win this one.

Kinda helps when you just won your last race by 20 lengths.

Too bad the pressure of a triple crown makes they run when they really need time between races.

It's hard not to think First Dude ran the best race. . . Even if I didn't bet him hard. Gross.

The Preakness is trending worldwide on Twitter. Always fun to see horse racing make that jump. I'd love to know how many people are talking about it, all it does is have rankings. It's nearly #1 in Ireland.

We had First Dude and Jackson Bend touters in here.

I was chalk all the way today, but did toss some long shots on the board on my tix.

I was so close to discounting Super Saver and making the 7-11 visit.

I'm not cashing a ticket, but sure seems I should have.

Super happy for Martin Garcia though. I bought my tix today at the OTB at the first track in America that he worked a thoroughbred.
