Gotta strike while the iron is hot.

I actually think this is a good morning line. The always overbet Lookin at Lucky will get all the bad trip wagers, the jock change wagers, the beat the favorite with the Derby favorite wagers etc. Super Saver could dip lower... probably closer to 2-1... maybe a hair under, but that would make a 5-2 morning line fairly well done.

No, to truly sum up Hank's report:

"Uh...umm...uh...(shuffle papers)...dah..."

robfla 05-13-2010 08:52 AM

looks like Super Saver should have a nice garden trip with the lack of real pace in the race.

This race may just result in a similar finish order of the Derby - with Paddy and Lucky filling out the tri / super.

85% of my tickets ( P3+P4 ) will have Super Saver on top, will protect with Paddy

Gives me a bad feeling whenever the network is put before the horses.

it's a difference of three minutes...how does the race time affect the horses anyway?

Alan07 05-13-2010 03:58 PM

8 Super Saver
7 Lookin at Lucky
11 First Dude

i think i'd put a few on yawanna twist, especially at 30-1...besides, i think it's wide open.
