What is the set-up of the business entity? LLC? GP? Inc?
Will the business be insured? Thanks for the breakdown of costs! Nicely done!!! I've always got some partners that are interested in babies so I'll run it by them. We've got some cash lying around so it might be interesting to jump in on a couple shares.......
