Personally I think William's Kitten will be Maker's Derby horse. He will have the earnings and probably win the Blue Grass at Keeneland. He seems like a 10 furlong horse. I think his best surface will end up being turf, but he will run on anything.
I agree but wish he could be closer to the pace insyead of coming from far back and picking up the pieces.

I hope he just keeps running his 2nds and 3rds and gets enough graded earnings to get in the gate..

Wiliam's Kitten needs to improve a whole lot.

At least with Mine That Bird .. you had a horse laying close to fast paces and making nice middle moves before totally staggering home late against junky horses.

If you decide to completely change tactics with a horse like that - and take him about 25 lengths off of the pace like they did in the Derby ... there's a good 0.30% chance the horse's form might explode forward... and it did.

William's Kitten is more of a grinder .. best case scenerio probably is that he grinds out a 3rd.

That is actually my thought about this horse..
