Good thing for your boy Ness that Presque Isle Downs is over 100 miles from NY.

yeah the air is different there. I dont know why they dont just make you sign an agreement saying that if you want NY racing privileges then you must allow your horses to be tested anytime, anywhere in the US but send the testing people to the horses to collect samples, not the other way around.

Where I work they come to you. You just get back fromt he restroom and they are waiting for you at your office and want you to do it all over again.
