![]() Jorge Chavez got to ride Sinister Minister.
Maybe if I lose some weight, I could ride Jungle Price in his next start. Man the Southern California jockey colony is depleted. Its no wonder Espinoza can bag 7 races in 1 day. |

Old man river is going to come from off the pace and has a shot if it breaks down up front. I dont think he will get there though. He has been training well and is 3-2 from seven starts. Might be a tad short for him but i would use underneath. Brooker, the other oneill, has a shot at a piece underneath. 5 for 6 in the money at the distance and this isnt a huge step up in class. I would include undereath. Captain Squire will be overbet because of the connections but one has to wonder how much this horse has left at 7. When Bone owns him and Mullins trains him you just have to wonder how JUICED he will be. No pun intended of course. In my opinion, the main threat will be Bushwacker. Nice race back last time, second off the layoff and is training like he really loves the track. Areyoutalkintome is always a threat but youve got to take a stand somewhere. ![]() Dont know anything about the argentinian horse and i am throwing out because of trainer. The five horse, proud cardenal, is coming back from a 16 month layoff. |
