Had the Illinois Derby gone off at the scheduled post time, there would not have been a problem, but if we had waited for their " new " post time we might well have run into one. We could have scheduled things differently, and run the Wood earlier, I suppose, if we knew the Illinois Derby was going to break at 5:18, but that was not the scheduled time we were working with.

Instead of pointing fingers, and laying blame, maybe you need to think this entire thing through again.

I think its funny that the Illinois Derby is held in such high standard that the Wood should delay their post, how about Hawthorne once they were late they might have delayed a few minutes since they were not on time to begin with?
