Let's say they are pointing to the BC mile. What exactly do you think his realistic chances are of making the race and being good enough to win? Honestly, the race is six weeks from this weekend, which means if he were to run he would probably come in with three career races in a year. Plus, if the race is oversubscribed he won't even get in.

I guess if you can get 150:1 it would be a fair bet. Good luck with that.

Here's a more likely scenerio......if he runs well this weekend they point to the Sports Page, at 7F on BC day in NY ( I believe ), and then if he does well there they will go to the Cigar Mile.

The plans are the Jerome Handicap on the 5th. That would give them 3 weeks to the Breeders Cup. It's possible, and I will take 150-1 if you'll give it to me.

So, a horse that debuted in April, returned six months later, and is now returning in another five months, is suddenly going to run three times in six weeks?

I'm beginning to want to lay 150:1.

You are probably right but who thought the Giants would win the Super Bowl after they lost to Green Bay and were 0-2 last year. Nice chatting with you I have to go to work and make some money so I can bet L Ron....Later.

Then you can factor in the odds of winning the dirt mile from the 9-hole on out at Santa Anita and the good chance of a horse drawing those posts.

Which would be a reasonable and good plan, except.. remember who owns this horse. If there's a remote chance of him being OK to go to the BC for anything, West Point will want to go and press KMc to send him...
