fbi investigates hill's statements and gives and in-conclusive finding to the senate judicary comittee , then hill's statement's are leaked to the press and uncle joe get to be the ring leader on this disaster

anything is possible bruce, but whoever leaked it to the press broke the law and that was kept hush hush by the committee
